PHYSIOTHERAPY INITIAL ASSESSMENT 45 - 60MINS

£45

We will spend 45 minutes doing a comprehensive assessment, including a detailed history about why you have come to physiotherapy and a physical assessment including manual tests and functional movements. We will agree some goals to get to your desired outcome, and make an individual treatment programme that will include some home exercises.
This will all take place in a confidential treatment room.

PHYSIOTHERAPY FOLLOW UP 30 MINS

£25

Following on from your initial assessment we will check on your progress, review any exercises and modify, adapt or progress them as necessary, and do any manual treatment if appropriate. 
This will take place in either the treatment room or in the gym if appropriate.

SPORTS MASSAGE 30 MINS

£25

You will have a 30 minute sports massage on one of the following areas:

  • Back,neck and shoulders

  • Back

  • Legs

  • Working on a specific injury you may have

This will take place in the treatment room​.

SPORTS MASSAGE 60MINS

£50

You will have a 60 minute sports massage on one of the following areas:

  • Back,neck and shoulders

  • Back

  • Legs

  • Full body

  • Working on a specific injury you may have

This will take place in the treatment room​.

PILATES 1:1 1HR

£25

Your initial 1 hour Pilates session will involve an half hour assessment to establish goals to work on, and going through some Pilates basics including breathing and centering. It will also include some exercises to work on at home. 
Any subsequent Pilates sessions will involve an hour of tailored exercises working on the APPI Pilates method.
This is suitable for everyone, from beginners who have never done Pilates before, to expert Pilates enthusiasts.
This will take place in the treatment room.
Please wear comfortable clothes so that you can move easily.

PILATES 1:1 30MINS

£12.50

This half an hour session will involve tailored exercises working on the APPI Pilates method. 

This is recommended for people who have already had the initial one hour session including the assessment, or experienced Pilates enthusiasts.

This will take place in the treatment room.

Please wear comfortable clothes so that you can move easily.

PILATES SMALL GROUP COACHING 1HR

£10/pp

If you have a group of up to 5 people I can create a suitable programme that will focus on the APPI Pilates basics initially, including breathing and centering. This will then be progressed as necessary. You don't all have to be at the same level to all get benefits, as I can easily tailor the exercises to make them specific to each individual.
This can either be done in your home or in the gym.

PRENATAL EXERCISE COACHING SESSION 1HR

£30

Your initial session will involve a short assessment to establish your current level of exercise, any concerns you may have in your pregnancy, such as pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, diastisis recti (tummy gap) or pelvic pain, and some goal setting. We will then establish a programme to help achieve your goals, whether that may be to stay healthy during your pregnancy, or to exercise safely during your pregnancy, or to help prepare you for giving birth. You will also get an easy to follow programme of exercises to complete at home.
Your initial appointment will be done in the confidential treatment room, before moving into the gym if you feel comfortable. 
You can book a one-off session to get some specific exercise in pregnancy advice if you are confident exercising on your own, or you can sign up to a 6 week block of sessions.
** If you do have any prenatal concerns such as pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, diastisis recti or pelvic pain I would advise seeking assessment and advice from a women's or pelvic health physiotherapist before starting any exercise. I am more than happy to work with a specialist physiotherapist to give you the best coaching experience to help you feel positive and confident.

POSTNATAL EXERCISE COACHING SESSION 1HR

£30

Your initial session will involve a short assessment to establish your current level of exercise, any concerns you may have had during your pregnancy and now postnatally, and some goal setting. We will then establish a programme to help achieve your goals, whether that may be to start exercising now you have had your baby, or to safely get back to exercising, or to have some guided exercise to help with any postnatal concerns such a pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, diastisis recti (tummy gap) or pelvic pain. You will also get an easy to follow programme of exercises to complete at home.
Your initial appointment will be done in the confidential treatment room, before moving into the gym if you feel comfortable. 
You can book a one-off session to get some specific exercise in pregnancy advice if you are confident exercising on your own, or you can sign up to a 6 week block of sessions.
This is suitable for anyone who has had a baby, no matter how long ago it was!
Babies are also always welcome to the sessions (I'll happily help to look after them), although sometimes it is good to dedicate an hour to yourself without the distraction.
